Usually not. The audit shows where the money leaks, and that is often a handful of targeted fixes in tracking, product pages and checkout rather than a full rebuild. If a rebuild is genuinely needed, you hear it up front.
The first fixes and email flows are running within weeks. Campaigns start small; scaling follows once the numbers prove it pays.
Then we feel it too. With a performance fee our result depends on yours. Which is why we say no up front to briefs we cannot win.
